DeepJudge is an AI knowledge search platform for legal teams that indexes firm systems in place and delivers precise natural-language search plus agent workflows while respecting permissions and ethical walls.

DeepJudge was founded by three ETH Zurich PhDs who previously worked on Google search, and applies that expertise to legal knowledge retrieval. Its Knowledge Search connects data about clients, matters, documents and people across a firm's systems, delivering precise, intent-based results so lawyers spend less time hunting for prior work and more on strategy. The platform indexes document management systems, email, SharePoint and intranets in place, with no migration required, and respects existing permissions and ethical walls. It automatically classifies documents into a rich taxonomy, detects near-duplicates and redlines, and layers multi-step LLM agent workflows on top of search. It can be deployed on-premise or in a secure cloud with no data shared to external third parties. DeepJudge has signed 15+ named law firm customers including Freshfields, Holland & Knight, Greenberg Traurig, Gunderson Dettmer and Homburger, and in 2025 announced a partnership with Thomson Reuters. It competes in the legal knowledge-management and AI search space against DMS-native search and other legal AI platforms.
