LOVO, Inc. filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy (liquidation) on 27 May 2026 (SDNY case 1:26-bk-11249), amid an AI voice-cloning class action. The website is still online but the company is winding down with no successor announced.

Acquired by Aikido Security in August 2025 and folded into aikido.dev; the standalone product and its domain are gone.

Shut down. The AI email product at mailscribe.ai no longer resolves and the company is listed as defunct.

Common Sense Machines was acqui-hired into Google DeepMind and the product closed on 24 January 2026; csm.ai no longer serves it.

Out of business. getcovey.com no longer resolves and the company is listed as closed.

Shut down. Free accounts lost access 15 August 2026 and paying customers on 14 September; founder and staff joined the Google Chrome team.

OpenAI shut the web and app experiences on 26 April 2026 and removed the API on 24 September. No replacement product was named.

Acquired by Workday in 2025 and sunset a year later: code freeze 29 July 2026, repository archived in August, end of life 31 August. The Apache-2.0 source stays forkable but the maintained product is gone.
