Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Toolglade listings, featured placements, premium profiles, sponsored placements, and related advertising products.

1. Subscription billing

Paid listings and promotional placements may be billed through Stripe. You can manage eligible subscriptions from the billing page or Stripe customer portal.

2. Refund eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, payments for active advertising, sponsored placement, or featured listing periods are generally non-refundable once the placement period has started. We may issue refunds at our discretion for duplicate payments, billing mistakes, or technical issues that prevent delivery of the purchased placement.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or approved by Toolglade.

4. No guaranteed results

Paid placement does not guarantee clicks, conversions, customers, revenue, rankings, or a specific amount of traffic.

5. Requesting a refund

To request a refund review, contact us with your account email, tool name, invoice or payment details, and the reason for the request.
