2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Tool listings and submissions
You may submit AI tools for inclusion in the directory. You are responsible for ensuring your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may edit, reject, remove, or reclassify listings at our discretion.
4. Reviews, votes, and user content
You may not post spam, fake reviews, misleading claims, abusive content, illegal content, or content that violates another party's rights. We may remove user content that violates these terms or harms platform trust.
5. Paid listings and sponsored placements
Featured, Premium, sponsored, or other paid placements may provide priority visibility or additional promotional eligibility. Payment does not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or specific placement positions. Sponsored placements are labeled where applicable.
6. Third-party tools and links
Toolglade lists and links to third-party AI tools. We do not control those tools and are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, privacy practices, output quality, legality, or performance.

8. Prohibited use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to manipulate rankings, votes, reviews, analytics, or recommendations.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site.
- Do not submit malware, scams, deceptive tools, or misleading claims.
9. No warranties
Toolglade is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, safety, legality, or effectiveness of any listed third-party AI tool.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Toolglade and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or third-party tools.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Toolglade after changes means you accept the updated terms.
