Zenity is an AI agent security and governance platform that discovers, monitors and controls AI agents across SaaS, cloud and endpoints. It combines observability, AI security posture management (AISPM) and AI detection and response (AIDR), including shadow-agent discovery and runtime intent-based control. Founded in 2021 and backed by a $125M Series C in August 2026 (roughly $180M total), it is independent and among the most prominent vendors in agent security, recognized by Gartner as a leader to beat.

Zenity focuses on the emerging security challenge of AI agents -- the copilots, custom agents and low-code/no-code automations proliferating across enterprises. Its platform gives security teams a unified view of agents spanning SaaS-managed tools (like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Salesforce Agentforce), homegrown agents built on cloud frameworks (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI) and device-based agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Desktop). A core capability is discovering 'shadow agents' created outside official governance. The platform is organized around three pillars: observability (continuously inventorying agents and surfacing ownership, permissions, tool integrations, memory and behavior), AI security posture management (evaluating how agents are configured -- permissions, memory access, instructions, MCP integrations and tool access -- before they run), and AI detection and response (understanding agent intent at runtime and deterministically allowing, modifying or blocking actions). It integrates with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow and ChatGPT Enterprise, among others. Zenity was founded in 2021 and is based in Tel Aviv. It is the best-funded independent company in this set: in August 2026 it raised a $125M Series C led by Norwest (with Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, LG Technology Ventures and prior backers), bringing total funding to roughly $180M. Gartner has publicly identified Zenity as a leader to beat in AI agent governance. That said, agent security is still a young category, and buyers should validate coverage against their specific agent stack.
