Navina builds an AI copilot for physicians that ingests fragmented, multi-source patient data and turns it into a clear, organized clinical picture at the point of care. Rather than forcing clinicians to dig through disparate EHR tabs, faxes and historical records, Navina synthesizes the record into concise summaries and highlights the information most relevant to the visit, including diagnostic gaps, risk-adjustment and coding opportunities and open quality measures. The platform is designed for value-based care, where accurate documentation of patient conditions directly affects both care quality and reimbursement. It started in primary care and has expanded to broader segments, reporting use by more than 10,000 healthcare professionals across roughly 1,300 clinics and supporting the care of over three million patients. Its focus on reducing administrative burden ties directly into the industry-wide push against physician burnout. Navina raised a $55M Series C led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives in 2025, bringing total funding to about $100M, with participation from Vertex Ventures Israel, Grove Ventures and ALIVE. It operates in the same broad healthcare-AI space as clinical documentation and insight tools, but its distinguishing angle is synthesizing existing patient data for value-based care rather than only transcribing encounters.
