The core product ambiently listens to clinician-patient conversations and drafts structured notes in seconds, which clinicians review and sign as the legal author. It layers on dictation, real-time ICD-10 coding suggestions (with HCC and CPT coding expanding), and a Proactive Coding Agent that surfaces CDI nudges. Notes export as structured data directly into EHR fields, flowsheets, and templates.

Nabla runs on desktop, a native on-device macOS dictation app, and mobile including an embed inside Epic's Haiku app with no separate login or install. It integrates with 20+ EHRs (Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth, NextGen, Greenway, AryaEHR) and offers Nabla Connect, a plug-and-play module to embed ambient AI in any EHR. It supports 35+ languages and maintains HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27001 compliance with configurable data retention.

Nabla targets healthcare organizations across the spectrum, from individual clinicians and small practices (served via the free and Pro tiers) to large hospital systems, multi-specialty groups, and telehealth companies (served via custom Enterprise deployments). Its multilingual support and multi-EHR flexibility make it especially relevant for diverse patient populations and organizations running mixed EHR environments, while its Epic-native integrations appeal to the large share of US health systems standardized on Epic.
