It hosts MCP servers serverlessly, with servers that start in under a second and stop when idle, so teams pay per request rather than for idle connections, and it handles authentication and tracing across clients like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. The platform includes an embedded MCP Explorer so developers can test and debug any MCP server directly in the dashboard before writing code, and it records every MCP session for review, with detailed error reports for quick fixes. Its MCP engine is written in Go for performance, and because Metorial is open source, teams can self-host it or use the managed platform. Metorial connects AI agents to well over 1,000 integrations and offers SDKs plus a zero-config magic MCP for vibe coding.
