MeetGeek pros and cons
Automatically joins scheduled meetings across Zoom
Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams and produces both a full transcript and a structured summary, eliminating the need for a human note-taker.
Meeting analytics go beyond transcription, surfacing talk-time ratios, sentiment, keywords, and recurring topics that help managers and revenue teams coach and improve conversations.
Per-meeting-type templates let sales calls, interviews, and standups generate summaries tailored to their format rather than one generic recap.
AI-generated action items sometimes capture small talk or off-topic remarks, so summaries benefit from a quick manual pass before sharing.
Included recording minutes, storage, and advanced analytics are gated behind higher tiers, so heavy users can outgrow the free plan quickly and should model real usage before committing.
As a cloud-based assistant, it offers no self-hosted or on-premise option, which may not suit organizations with strict data-residency requirements.
