We take security seriously and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Toolglade, accounts, submissions, and platform data.

Security practices

  • Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text.
  • Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Toolglade.
  • Admin and owner workflows are separated where applicable.
  • We monitor for spam, abuse, and suspicious platform behavior.

Report a vulnerability

If you believe you found a security issue, email security@toolglade.com with a clear description, reproduction steps, affected URLs, and potential impact.

Safe harbor

We will not pursue legal action for good-faith security research that avoids privacy violations, service disruption, data destruction, or unauthorized access beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

Response timeline

We aim to acknowledge credible vulnerability reports within a reasonable timeframe and prioritize fixes based on severity and exploitability.
